ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA AND DEEMED ACCEPTED
Service Receiver will notify Service Provider, in writing within three working days of its receipt of any Service Provider deliverable under this proposal, whether or not the deliverable is accepted. If the deliverable is not accepted, the notice will specify in reasonable detail the reasons that the deliverable fails to meet the requirements described in this Agreement in all respects. Acceptance by Service Receiver will not be unreasonably withheld.
